Project risk questions are routed to expert review.

Questions about certificate control, representative changes, holder relationships, or import responsibility need project context and expert review. The public RegDB site does not issue automated high-risk project conclusions.

Unsupported or high-risk questions should be routed to expert review. Public RegDB answers remain limited to reviewed public-safe records.
